低温乙烷罐改储丙烷的可操作性探析

结合炼化企业规划及生产经营的实际情况,分析了低温乙烷储罐改为乙烷、丙烷通用储罐的可操作性.结果表明:对于同一储罐,低温乙烷与低温丙烷不能混存,乙烷罐改储丙烷前需要清罐置换;在低温乙烷罐内罐罐容、材质及载荷等满足改储丙烷的设计要求下,低温乙烷罐改储丙烷理论上具有可操作性;对于需要进口大量乙烷、丙烷以满足轻烃裂解、丙烷脱氢装置同时运行的企业,利用低温乙烷罐改储丙烷可实现低温液态烃的灵活调剂使用,平衡轻烃资源.
Analysis of operability of low-temperature ethane tanks for propane storage
Based on the planning and the actual situation of production and operation of refining enterprises,the operability of converting low-temperature ethane storage tanks into universal ethane and propane storage tanks was explored and analyzed.The results show that tank cleaning and replacement is required before converting ethane storage tanks into propane storage tanks be-cause the same storage tank cannot be used to store low-temperature ethane and low-temperature propane as well;the conversion of low-temperature ethane tanks to propane storage tanks is theoretically feasible in the case that the capacity,material and load of low-temperature ethane tanks meet the design requirements for propane storage;and for the enterprises that need to import large amounts of ethane and propane to meet the simultaneous operation of light hydrocarbon cracking and propane dehydrogena-tion units,using low-temperature ethane tanks to store propane can achieve the adaptable use of low-temperature liquid hydrocar-bons to balance light hydrocarbon resources.
