涤纶POY纸管生产中废管率高的原因及改进措施

针对涤纶预取向丝(POY)纸管生产中纸管废管率高的问题,从设备及工艺两方面分析了废管产生的原因,并实施了改进措施.结果表明:随着羊皮纸受力、纸张除胶量的增加,POY纸管废管率均先降低后升高;随着粗切刀头外径的增加,与卷管轴的间隙变小,POY纸管废管率下降;接管平台与卷管机的角度偏大,POY纸管废管率上升;在卷管速度为15 m/min、羊皮纸受力为15 N、粗切刀头外径与纸管内径差为1.0 mm、接管平台与卷管机的角度为30°,并将现有的一体式除胶装置改造为分段式除胶装置使纸张除胶量稳定在90%的条件下生产涤纶POY纸管(以1 000只计),纸管废管率可由原来的0.18%下降至0.11%,且生产稳定性好.
Reasons and improvement measures for high waste rate in polyester POY paper tube production
In response to the high rate of paper tube waste in the production of polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)paper tubes,the reasons for the generation of waste tubes were analyzed from both equipment and process aspects,and the improvement meas-ures were implemented.The results showed that the waste rate of POY paper tubes first decreased and then increased with the in-crease of the parchment paper stress and the paper debonding amount;the waste rate of POY paper tubes decreased as the outer diameter of the rough cutting blade increased and the gap between the blade and the coiling shaft became smaller;the angle be-tween the paper tube receiving platform and the coiling machine was too large,resulting in an increase in the waste rate of POY paper tubes;and the production proceeded steadily and the waste rate of polyester POY paper tubes could be reduced from 0.18%to 0.11%per 1 000 units when the process conditions were controlled as followed:a coiling speed of 15 m/min,parch-ment paper stress of 15 N,difference of 1.0 mm between the outer diameter of the rough cutting blade and the inner diameter of the paper tube,angle of 30° between the paper tube receiving platform and the coiling machine and the existing integrated debonding device was transformed into a segmented debonding device to stabilize the debonding amount of paper at 90%.
