以特性黏数0.64 dL/g的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯熔体为原料,添加特性黏数0.63 dL/g的抗菌母粒质量分数2.2%,采用熔体直纺及母粒在线添加技术生产278 dtex/288 f抗菌涤纶预取向丝(POY),探讨了母粒干燥工艺及纺丝工艺条件.结果表明:控制干燥塔温度120℃、干燥时间10 h,干燥后抗菌母粒含水率在70 μg/g以下,满足纺丝要求;较佳纺丝工艺条件为组件初始压力约15 MPa,无风区高度50 mm,环吹风温度21 ℃、相对湿度80%~90%、压力18 Pa,丝束集束上油位置900 mm,纺丝速度2 650 m/min;在较佳工艺条件下,生产稳定,产品优等率达97%以上,生产的抗菌涤纶POY断裂强度为2.30 cN/dtex,条干不匀率小于1.12%,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别为97%、84%.
Discussion on production process of 278 dtex/288 f antibacterial polyester POY by direct melt spinning process
Using polyethylene terephthalate melt with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.64 dL/g as raw material and adding 2.2%anti-bacterial masterbatch by mass fraction with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.63 dL/g,278 dtex/288 f antibacterial polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)was produced using direct melt spinning and online masterbatch addition technology.The masterbatch drying process and spinning process conditions were explored.The results showed that the moisture content of the antibacterial master-batch was below 70 μg/g after drying for 10 h at a drying tower temperature of 120℃,which met the spinning requirements;and the spinning and production were stable,the top-quality product rate was above 97%,and the antibacterial polyester POY pro-duced had a breaking strength of 2.30 cN/dtex,yarn unevenness below 1.12%and antibacterial rates against Staphylococcus au-reus and Escherichia coli up to 97%and 84%,respectively,when the spinning process conditions were optimized as followed:an initial pressure of about 15 MPa for spin pack,calm zone height of 50 mm,circular air blow temperature of 21℃,relative hu-midity of 80%-90%,pressure of 18 Pa,collection and oil position of 900 mm and spinning speed of 2 650 m/min.
