Preparation and bonding properties of bonded-bolted hybrid double-lap joint of carbon fiber composite material
Using LJM-180 epoxy resin film, carbon fiber composite laminates,TC4 titanium alloy bolts and titanium alloy plates as raw materials, carbon fiber composite material bonded-bolted hybrid double-lap joint specimens were prepared by stack, coating, curing and cutting. The influence of stacking angle and sequence, aspect ratio, end diameter ratio and aperture ratio on the bonding properties of specimens was studied. And the effects of thermal aging and corrosion environment on the bonding prop-erties of specimens were investigated. The results showed that by selecting a composite material stacking angle and sequence of[45 °/0 °/-45 °/90 °]3s,an aspect ratio of 4.2,an end diameter ratio of 2.2 and an aperture ratio of 3.8,the specimens ex-hibited relatively high failure load(M)and connection strength, indicating excellent bonding properties;the M of the specimen first increased and then tended to be stable, but the connection strength gradually decreased as the aspect ratio and end diameter ratio increased;the M and connection strength of the specimen showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing as the aper-ture ratio increased;the M of the specimen gradually decreased with the increase of thermal aging time in a hot air aging environ-ment,and the higher the temperature, the faster the M of the specimen decreased;and the M of the specimen gradually de-creased with the prolong of corrosion time in a nitric acid corrosion environment, and the higher the temperature was,the faster the M of the specimen decreased.
