Rapid quantitative method of polyacrylonitrile fiber and spandex blended fabric
To address the shortcomings of time-consuming and labor-intensive quantitative analysis of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fiber and spandex blended fabrics using manual splitting method and 65%potassium thiocyanate method,a rapid quantitative a-nalysis method for PAN fiber and spandex blended fabrics was established using trichloroacetic acid/trichloromethane as the rea-gent.The mass loss correction coefficient and dissolution time of the method were discussed, and its accuracy was verified and was compared with manual splitting method. The results showed that the optimal analysis conditions for trichloroacetic acid/tri-chloromethane method were to immerse the blended fabric thoroughly in trichloroacetic acid/trichloromethane solvent(mass ratio 1·1),and then shake it for 15 min in a 20℃water bath shaker;this method provided the dissolved PAN fibers almost without damage, and the mass loss correction coefficient of PAN fibers was 1.00;the experimental results were highly accurate with an absolute deviation of lower than 1.0%and the average detection time was only 15 min when this method was used for the quanti-tative analysis of PAN fiber and spandex blended fabrics;and this method is better than manual splitting method in the detection accuracy and efficiency, which can achieve the rapid and batch quantification of PAN fiber and spandex blended fabrics,so it has a promising application and promotion prospect.
