Research progress of nucleic acid aptamers in antibiotic detection
Antibiotics,as commonly used drugs for the treatment of diseases, play a crucial role in the fields of biomedicine and public health. However, when antibiotics accumulate in a large amount in the human body through the food chain,it will cause great harm to the body. Therefore, the efficient detection of antibiotic resi-dues in food, medicine and the environment is crucial. The analysis technology based on nucleic acid aptamer sensor is a kind of simple, efficient and sensitive detection method, which has been widely used in the fields of food analysis, environmental monitoring and medical detection. This kind of method relies on a variety of enzy-matic or non-enzymatic nucleic acid amplification strategies to construct different types(fluorescence,colorimet-ric,electrochemical,etc.)nucleic acid aptamer sensors to detect different kinds of antibiotics, and realize the high sensitivity and low detection limits. This paper reviews the recent advances of nucleic acid aptamer-based sensors for the antibiotic detection, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, and finally looks forward to the application and development of nucleic acid aptamers, and summarizes its future develop-ment trend, research focus, and challenges in future work.
