Damage characteristics of the technical folding sandwich plate under blast waves
In order to study the damage response characteristics of metal folding sandwich plates under blast shock waves,a simulation model of the anti-explosion performance of metal folding sandwich plates under blast waves is established by using ABAQUS software,CEL algorithm and fluid-structure coupling theory.The effectiveness of the numerical simulation is verified by comparing the numerical simulation with the experimental data.In addi-tion,the damage characteristics of metal sandwich plates with different thicknesses and explosive equivalents are analyzed.The simulation results show that with the increase of the thickness of the upper panel,the fractures caused by local failure of the structure gradually decrease,and the shape of the fractures changes gradually.With the increase of explosive yield,the transverse and longitudinal structural characteristics of sandwich plates are gradually lost.
