正交异性钢桥面板横隔板疲劳损伤处治研究

钢箱梁上翼缘的正交异性钢桥面板,在车辆轮载的反复作用下,极易发生损伤和裂纹,且 90%以上为疲劳损伤,而横隔板是正交异性钢桥面板主要损伤构件,占比 28.8%.为研究钢箱梁正交异性钢桥面板横隔板病害的处治方法,通过病害统计、病害形成过程跟踪、病害成因分析、病害实桥处治,详述钢箱梁正交异性钢桥面板横隔板弧形切口处母材裂纹、横隔板上过焊孔处母材裂纹、横隔板与U肋焊缝裂纹、横隔板与面板焊缝裂纹四大类横隔板病害的处治方法.通过对例桥 1维修三年后病害再生情况统计,所修 480 处横隔板相关病害中发生再生病害 30 处,再生病害发生率 6.25%;通过对例桥 2横隔板CFRP板补强完工三年后的检测,例桥 3 横隔板与U肋焊缝加强角钢补强完工后的检测,未发现补强部位再生病害.结果表明:所述各类病害维修方法可靠,对同类型病害维修具有参考价值.
The orthotropic steel deck of the upper flange of the steel box girder is prone to damage and crack un-der the repeated action of the vehicle wheel load,and more than 90%of the damage is fatigue damage,while the diaphragm is the main damage component of the orthotropic steel deck,accounting for 28.8%.In order to study the treatment method of orthotropic steel bridge deck floorbeam disease of steel box girder,through disease statis-tics,disease formation process tracking,disease cause analysis,and disease real bridge treatment,the orthotro-pic steel bridge deck floorbeam of steel box girder is described in detail.The treatment methods for four major types of floorbeam diseases are the base metal cracks at the arc cut of the plate,the base metal cracks at the welding holes on the floorbeam,the weld cracks between the floorbeam and the U-rib,and the weld cracks be-tween the floorbeam and the panel.According to the statistics of disease regeneration after three years of repair of Example Bridge 1,30 of the 480 floorbeam-related diseases repaired occurred,and the incidence of regeneration diseases was 6.25%;in the inspection three years later,the inspection after the completion of the reinforcement of the reinforced angle steel between the floorbeam of the bridge 3 and the U-rib welding seam showed that no re-generation diseases were found in the reinforcement part.The results show that the various disease maintenance methods described in this paper are reliable and have reference value for the same type of disease maintenance.
