Research on the Influencing Factors for Intellectual Property Risks of Crowdsourcing Innovation from the Perspective of Social Technology Systems
Crowdsourcing innovation,as a new innovation model for enterprises to break through or-ganizational boundaries,acquiring and integrating external knowledge to solve innovation problems,has increasingly highlighted the IP risks due to the loosely organized form,free and voluntary partici-pation of participants and information asymmetry.Starting from the general operation process of crowdsourcing innovation,three types of IP risks of crowdsourcing innovation are identified,including infringement,loss and attribution,with Social Technology System Theory,the IP risks influencing factors of crowdsourcing innovation are explored,and the Fuzzy-DEMATEL method is applied to con-duct the empirical research on the task of"smart home device design"of EPWK(www.epwk.com).The results show that the highest centrality of the degree of communication feedback among the par-ticipants of crowdsourcing innovation is the most critical influencing factor of the IP risks of crowdsourcing innovation.In addition,corporate knowledge management ability,the users oppor-tunistic moral risk,the trust degree,the degree of perfect IP protection law and users'IP awareness are all key influencing factors of crowdsourcing innovation IP risks.
