Alienation and Humanization——The Value of Contemporary Science and Technology
Science and technology is a"sword of Damocles".The alienation of technology and the pur-suit of its value are important issues in the development of contemporary society.Marx and Marcuse explored the root causes of alienation of science and technology from their own perspectives of histori-cal materialism and ideology respectively and criticized them,providing important theoretical basis for contemporary society to correctly understand the issue of technological alienation.The key to questio-ning the value of contemporary science and technology is to clarify the essence of the alienation of con-temporary science and technology and the specific alienation phenomena of technology at the three lev-els of human,society,and nature.To eliminate the alienation of contemporary science and technolo-gy,we should start from the institutional construction of science and technology development,adhere to the people-oriented concept of technological development,establish a benign interaction system of technological ethics,and build a legal guarantee for the humanization of science and technology,so as to realize the value transformation of contemporary science and technology from alienation to humanization.
