摘要
随着经济的不断发展,人们的价值追求日益多元化,传统的劳动观念遭到冲击和挑战,投机行为和浮躁心态在社会上不断蔓延,一定程度上导致社会秩序的紊乱和错位.因此劳动幸福成为一个十分重要的议题,牵涉着社会价值体系、社会治理观念等方方面面.劳动幸福是马克思理论体系中的重要议题和价值主旨.学界围绕马克思劳动幸福观的历史嬗变、内涵特质、当代价值、实现路径等议题展开深入研究并取得了丰硕成果.回顾此议题的研究历程,展望未来研究的重点和方向,有助于进一步深化新时代马克思劳动幸福观的理论认知和实践养成.
Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the academic circles have conducted in-depth research on the historical evolution,connotation and characteristics,contem-po rary values,realization path and other topics of Marx's concept of labor happiness,achieving fruit-ful results.Reviewing the research process of Marx's concept of labor happiness,combing the main view-points of relevant topics,summarizing the basic characteristics and shortcomings of existing re-search,and pointing out the focus and direction of future research will help to further deepen the theo-retical cognition and practical cultivation of Marx's concept of labor happiness in the new era.
