Research on the Influencing Mechanism of Government Purchasing Home-based Care Service Quality from the Perspective of Complex Network
In order to realize the scientific management and control of government-purchased home-based care service quality,this paper introduced intuitionistic fuzzy binary semantic model and com-plex network analysis method into the research on the influencing mechanism of service quality,ex-plored the key factors affecting service quality from the perspective of system,and put forward corre-sponding countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,with the government-purchased home-based care service chain as the carrier,the influencing factors of government-purchased home-based care service quality are explored,and the influence intensity among factors is measured by using intuitionistic fuzz-y binary semantic model.Secondly,based on this,a network of factors affecting the quality of gov-ernment-purchased home care service was constructed,and the importance of each factor node in the network was evaluated by an optimized weighted LR algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibil-ity of the proposed method are verified by empirical analysis.The results show that government su-pervision degree,financial investment and proportion of professional nursing workers exert the most significant impact on the quality of home-based care service purchased by the government,which pro-vides a useful reference for the quality control decisions of local government departments.
