摘要
当下,中国正经历"百年未有之大变局",企业所处环境亦具有易变性、不确定性、复杂性、模糊性(Volatility、Uncertainty、Complexity、Ambiguity,简称 VUCA).质量成了 兴国之道、富国之本、强国之策和企业之魂,高质量发展时代赋予了每位首席质量官更崇高的使命和责任.据此,采用文献综述法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法,结合可靠性分析、主成分分析、最大方差旋转法等数据分析方法,考虑到不同阶层的群体对胜任特征认可度的差异,利用独立样本t检验并引入差异系数对胜任特征权重进行调整,构建了 VUCA环境下包含创新、应变力、洞察力等九个胜任特征的首席质量官胜任力模型.该模型能够为首席质量官的甄选、培养和管理提供参考.
Abstract
At present,China is undergoing"great changes unseen in a century".The environment in which companies are located is becoming more and more volatile,uncertain,complex,ambiguous.(commonly known as VUCA),therefore,the quality has become the way to rejuvenate the country,the foundation of a rich country,the strategy to strengthen the country,and the soul of an enterprise.In the era of high-quality development,every chief quality officer is endowed with a nobler mission and responsibility.The research adopts literature review method,expert interview method,question-naire survey method,combined with reliability analysis,principal component analysis,maximum va-riance rotation method and other data analysis methods.Taking into account the differences in recog-nition of competency features among different social classes,independent sample t-test is used and difference coefficients are introduced to adjust the weight of competency features,and a chief quality officer(CQO)competency model is constructed in the VUCA environment with nine competency fea-tures including innovation,resilience,and insight,which can provide references for the selection,training and management of chief quality officers.
