Industrial clusters are characterized with large-scale complex networks in structure.Re-searchers studied the structural characteristics of the marine equipment industry cluster from the per-spective of complex networks,constructing a complex network topology diagram of the marine engi-neering equipment industry cluster in Jiangsu Province,which focused on the statistical analysis of complex network degree distribution,average path length,clustering coefficient,and network densi-ty.The Research shows that the cluster network structure is still in a period of rapid growth with ini-tial emergence of BA scale-free network characteristics.At the same time,the cluster network struc-ture is unstable,imperfect and immature in the process of network evolution.Therefore,to promote the development of Jiangsu offshore industry clusters,we should start with optimizing the cluster in-dustrial structure,building a complete Jiangsu offshore industry chain,and improving the resource in-tegration capabilities of offshore industry clusters.
