The Practical Problems and Practical Paths of New Quality Productivity Empowering Rural Revitalization——Taking Shaoguan City and Yingkou City as an Example
To implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we must promote the transformation and upgrading of rural industries and the transformation of development concepts.New quality productivi-ty is a productivity that is more integrated and reflects new connotations in the new era,playing an important role in empowering the integrated development of urban and rural areas.From the perspec-tive of the internal logic between new productivity and rural revitalization,new quality productivity can promote the optimization and upgrading of rural industries,improve the level of rural infrastruc-ture construction,guiding rural industries towards a green development path.The development prac-tices of new quality productivity in Yingkou City and Shaoguan City have proved that new quality pro-ductivity can revitalize the rural economy and promote the integrated development of rural industries.However,the problems such as overall low quality of agricultural practitioners,insufficient rural in-frastructure construction,uncoordinated industrial development,and insufficient supply of production factors found in current practice still hinder the further development of new quality productivity in ru-ral areas.Therefore,the following tasks should be accomplished to ultimately achieve the comprehen-sive revitalization of rural areas.The first one is the overall planning and coordination of talent culti-vation and innovation of talent introduction mechanism.Secondly,we should give full play to the in-novative function and improve infrastructure construction.The Third one is to integrate high-quality resources and promote the integrated development of industries.The fourth one is to strengthen the guarantee of factors and enhance policy support.
