新型注塑尼龙滑轮将新材料、新工艺等应用于放线滑轮,在材料配方、结构、挂胶方式和成型方式等方面均进行了创新设计。通过力学分析、型式试验、工程试验和现场使用,证明了该滑轮强度等性能满足使用要求,滑轮重量显著减轻,提高了架线施工效率,降低了劳动强度。
For new injection molding nylon pulley,new materials and new techniques are applied to stringing pulley,and innovative design is made in material formula,structure,the plastic hanging way and molding methods.Mechanical analysis,type testing,engineering testing and field trial have been conducted to prove that the strength of the pulley can meet the requirements,and that its weight has been significantly reduced so that the construction efficiency could be improved,and the labor intensity could be reduced.
