Analysis Model for Power Grid Project Asset Value Stream
Grid asset management involves the collaboration between business units and departments,but currently there exist many problems in the asset management,including inconsistent data standards and calibers among various units and departments,incomplete information transmission,and breakpoints in the value collection,transmission and feedback.The asset-business collaborative management model and asset WBS structure are applied for grid project asset value stream management.Based on the design of business process and key nodes,the asset-business collaborative management model is integrated with asset WBS structure model,which is conducive to improving the standardization and integrity of asset information collection in each business unit,as well as the refinement of cost collection particles,thus enhancing the lean management of asset value in the process of project engineering.
