Business Collaboration Model Construction for Power Grid Asset Management
In the context of asset life cycle management advocated by power grid enterprises,considering the asset characteristics and management requirements of power grid enterprises,as well as the existing problems in collaborative asset management,this paper analyzes the differences in asset management objects and styles in different phases,and proposes the business collaboration model for infrastructure project asset management.Then based on the research of the relation model and mechanism of collaborative asset management,it implements business collaboration and bandover across the various departments and professions,sets up the loop-closed asset process management mode,realizes the transformation of grid enterprise asset management mode from the segmented management to the process service management,significant in improving the asset management efficiency and benefits.
