电网主网设备与生产性物料联动机制设计研究

电网公司作为资产密集型企业,经过多年的探索其资产管理信息化水平已经实现设备与资产的联动.但在帐卡物三码联动的资产管理新机制的要求下,本文开始对电网设备与生产性物料间的联动机制的探讨.本文在设备与物料联动业务现状分析的基础上,提出电网主网设备类型与生产性物料分类联动规则,初步建立设备与物料的联动机制,完善资产、设备、物料间的联动关系,规范资产管理业务流程,进一步提高资产精细化管理水平.
Design of Linkage Mechanism Between Primary Network Equipment and Production Material for Power Grid
Power grid company,as capital intensive enterprises,after many years of informationizing its asset management,has achieved the linkage between equipments and assets.But as required by the new asset management mechanism with the tripartite linkage among account,card and material,the linkage mechanism between grid equipment and material is discussed.Based on the current state analysis of the equipment-material linkage business,this research proposes the linkage rules between main network equipment type and production material classification,establishes the preliminary linkage mechanism,improves the relationship between assets,equipment and materials and regulates the asset management business process,thus enhancing the lean management of assets.
