Key Factors and Regulatory Measures for Widespread Blackouts
Through case studies of power grid widespread blackouts,this paper characterizes the key factors hidden in the secondary system for a long term (i.e.the recessive faults),assesses the monitoring status quo of the recessive faults,and generalizes the control measures and precautions from the perspective of management and technology.This research has certain reference value in controlling the key factors causing large-area blackouts.
