含柔性直流输电系统的舟山海岛电网安全稳定分析

舟山电网2013年有柔性直流、常规直流、风电机组以及SVC等无功补偿装置同时接入交流电网运行.采用电力系统分析软件工具(PSD-BPA),对包含多种复杂电力电子装置的海岛电网进行建模,分析交流系统故障、柔性直流故障、芦嵊直流闭锁故障、风电机组的脱网及风功率的波动等故障和扰动的影响,并通过柔性直流投运前后对比,说明柔性直流投运对舟山电网的积极影响,提出了舟山电网安全稳定运行的措施和建议.
Security and Stability Analysis of Zhoushan Islands Power Grid with Flexible DC Transmission System
The operation mode of Zhoushan power grid in 2013 will have many devices in operation simultaneously,including flexible DC transmission system,conventional DC transmission system,wind generator and reactive power compensators like SVC.This paper models on Zhoushan islands power grid which includes many types of complicated power electronic devices by PSD-BPA.The influence of AC transmission system faults,Lusheng DC system blocking faults,wind generator off-grid and wind power fluctuation on Zhoushan grid's normal operation are analyzed.And the positive significance of flexible DC transmission system on Zhoushan grid is illustrated by the comparison of Zhoushan grid's operation status before and after the operation of flexible DC transmission system.Measures and proposals are put forward to maintain the security and stability operation of Zhoushan grid.
