通过以往大停电事故分析不难发现,其事故本质为源故障发生后,后续局部调整失败导致的连锁故障传递使电网运行环境恶化,最终引发大停电事故.基于CCA(cause consequence analysis)分析方法,依据电网拓扑结构和控制设备基本特性对电网的连锁事故的原因以及控制失败后可能引发的后果进行了分析,对电网故障的动态传递过程给予了较为直观的揭示和说明,并利用该方法对201 1年美墨大停电事故进行了实例事故分析,验证其适用性,为大停电事故分析提供借鉴.
Power Grid Cascading Failure Analysis Based on CCA
The previous blackout accident analysis reveals that large-scale blackout was eventually triggered when the local adjusting failure in the event of the source fault led to cascading failure and the subsequent grid operation environment deterioration.Based on CCA (cause consequence analysis) method and the basic features of power grid topology and control equipments,the causes of the grid cascading failure and the possible consequences after the control failure are analyzed,and the dynamic transfer process of power grid failure is elaborated.The case study of the largescale blackout occurred in South America and North Mexico interconnected power grid in 2011,verifies the applicability of this proposed method,providing reference for blackout accident analysis.
