Development and Application of Grid-Connected Interface Device for Distributed PV Power
The grid-connected interface device for distributed PV power has been developed in this research.This device is installed in the common coupling switch connecting distributed PV plant to the grid,and has multiple functions,including distributed PV power protection,measurement and control,power quality monitoring,operation control,communication management,remote control,information security encryption and so on.Thereby,the faults can be isolated within distributed PV plant; a variety of communication means can be connected to PV inverter,combiner box,environmental monitor,electric meter,etc.Thus,real-time feedback of power plant information can be acquired from SCADA control center; the remote control can be achieved over the common coupling switching and inverter starting and stopping,realizing the dispatching center's real-time monitroing of the distributed PV system.
