Evaluation Model for Demand-Side Response Resource Value Based on Entropy and TOPSIS
Demand-side response resource is an effective way to reduce the increasing peak-valley difference.In order to promote demand-side response in China,it is necessary to establish a scientific model to evaluate its value.This paper establishes the evaluation foundation and formulates the evaluation index system.The entropy method is adopted to calculate the overall weight of the index system and the TOPSIS model improved by grey correlation is applied to evaluate the demand-side response resource value in a region.The quantitative evaluation result has verified the proposed model.
