Research of Energy Conservation and Loss Reduction Potential Based on Description Statistics and DEA
With the actual data from 2008 to 2010,this paper analyzes the status of line loss management in Sanming,Quanzhou and Xiamen.The loss rate centralization tendency and dispersion degree of the three cities are analyzed and their loss management levels are compared.Thereupon,the data envelopment analysis method is used to analyze the potential of energy loss reduction in the three cities.And according to the loss rate characteristics of the three cities,the measures for the further loss reductions in power supply enterprises are suggested.
