摘要

构建了基于投资成本最小化和CO2排放量最小化的发电容量长期投资规划模型;介绍了改进和声搜索算法的作用机理和操作步骤;结合情景模拟分析了不同水电容量和风电容量对发电容量投资组合投资成本和CO2排放量的影响,优化了兼顾经济效益和环境效益的发电容量长期投资规划方案.

Abstract

This paper establishes the long-term investment planning model for generation capacity based on minimum investment costs and carbon dioxide emissions.The mechanism and operating procedures of improved harmony search algorithm are elaborated.Then the impacts of different hydropower capacity and wind power capacity on investment cost and carbon dioxide emissions are analyzed in combination with scenario simulation.This long-term investment planning program optimizes both economic and environmental benefits.
