Long-Term Coordinative Investment Planning Model for Hydro/Wind Power Based on Improved Harmony Search Algorithm
This paper establishes the long-term investment planning model for generation capacity based on minimum investment costs and carbon dioxide emissions.The mechanism and operating procedures of improved harmony search algorithm are elaborated.Then the impacts of different hydropower capacity and wind power capacity on investment cost and carbon dioxide emissions are analyzed in combination with scenario simulation.This long-term investment planning program optimizes both economic and environmental benefits.
