Evaluation System for Urban Grid Disaster Prevention and Emergency Response
This paper establishes the evaluation index system to assess the disaster resistance ability of urban power grid,by analyzing the actual disaster relief demand and using the fault tree analysis method for the accident causes.The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on exponential scale is adopted to collate and calculate the indicators in the evaluation process in order to establish a scientific,accurate and flexible disaster resistance evaluation system.Thereby,the grid vulnerabilities can be detected during the urban grid disaster resistance planning and construction and the risk of accidents can be reduced.
