针对目前电力系统中运用能量法确定振荡中心时因故障时间未知,积分的起始时间不确定这一问题,提出了基于有功功率变化的支路势能定位振荡中心的方法.该方法首先得到故障后发电机组的之间的分群情况,对机群之间的线路进行重点观测,然后求取线路的有功变化率大于整定值的时刻,以该时刻为支路势能积分的起始时刻对线路进行处理,最后求取势能变化最大的线路即为振荡中心所在的线路并利用振荡中心定义对所求取的结果进行检验.新英格兰10机系统和某实际省级电网算例的计算结果验证了所提出方法的有效性.
Oscillation Center Positioning Method Based on Advanced Branch Potential Energy
In view of the problems of the unknown downtime and uncertain integral starting time in the current oscillation center positioning method based on energy method,this paper proposes a positioning method based on branch potential energy with active power change.Firstly acquire the generator set group-dividing situation after fault,and emphatically observe the lines between groups; then,derive the time when active power change rate is greater than the setting value,and take it as the integral starting time for branch potential energy; finally,obtain the line with the largest potential energy change,i.e.the line where the oscillation center is located,and test the obtained results with the definition of oscillation center.The calculation cases about an IEEE 39-bus system in New England and a provincial grid in China have verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
