阐述了用灰色关联度对TOPSIS法进行的改进,同时融合了云模型与改进TOPSIS法的优势,利用云模型克服了决策过程中评价语言集的模糊性和随机性.利用灰色关联度TOPSIS方法解决了评价语言集的灰色性,提出了基于云模型和改进TOPSIS法的电力设备状态检修控制策略,通过算例比较证明了该方法的可信度.
Control Strategy for Electrical Equipment Condition-Based Maintenance Based on Cloud Model and Improved TOSPIS
This paper presents a control strategy for electrical equipment condition-based maintenance (CBM) combined with the advantages of cloud model and TOPSIS method improved by grey correlation degree.The cloud model is used to overcome the fuzziness and randomness of evaluation language set in the decision-making process; the TOPSIS method improved by grey correlation degree aims to solve the grey of evaluation language set.The calculation examples and comparisons have verified the credibility of the proposed method.
