Equally Weighted Average of Ice Melting Time for HV Transmission Lines Based on Confidence Interval
Wire ice coating is a common natural disaster in southern China transmission lines, and electric melting technology is one of the main deicing methods for transmission lines.HV transmission line electric ice melting is a multi-physical nonlinear process, whose ice melting time, affected by many factors,is an important parameter related with the ice melting efficiency. This paper uses equally weighted average of confidence interval to analyze the ice melting time, and establishes the model of 3 degrees freedom suitable for wire ice melting analysis.Determine the confidence interval and the weighted average of the ice melting time, summarizes the influence of a variety of boundary conditions (such as the ice thickness, wire temperature, environment temperature, and convection coefficient) on the equally weighted average ice melting time for the verglas wire of LGJ-90/25,LGJ-300/40 and LGJ-500/45.This research can provide a theoretical basis and method for HV transmission line melting ice technology.
