燃煤锅炉尾部设备低温腐蚀问题分析及防治

燃煤电厂锅炉尾部设备容易发生低温硫酸结露、堵灰、腐蚀甚至出现由于积灰导致的二次燃烧等问题,严重影响机组的安全、经济和环保运行.本文提出了烟气酸露点和壁面酸露点的区别,指出实际运行中尾部设备发生硫酸腐蚀的温度为壁面酸露点,远低于烟气酸露点.分别对锅炉尾部脱硝装置、空气预热器、静电除尘器和FGD系统的低温腐蚀问题进行了具体分析.通过外三首创的直流锅炉邻汽加热启动技术、弹性回热技术、广义回热技术及新型的烟气热能回收系统对尾部设备低温腐蚀的成效分析,可知这些创新技术对其他电厂的低温腐蚀防治具有很高的借鉴和指导价值.
Analysis and Prevention of Low Temperature Corrosion Problems in the Back-End Equipments of Coal-Fired Boiler
The back-end equipments of coal-fired boiler are prone to such problems as low temperature sulfuric acid condensation,fouling,corrosion and even secondary combustion due to the fouling.These problems have a great negative effect on the safety,economy and environmental protection of boiler operation.This paper differentiates flue gas acid dew point from surface acid dew point of the equipments,and points out that the acid corrosion temperature of back-end equipments in actual operation is the surface acid dew point,which is far lower than the flue gas acid dew point.The low temperature corrosion problems in the denitration device,APH,ESP and FGD system are analyzed.Through the effect analysis of back-end equipments low temperature corrosion by once-through boiler steam heating start-up technology,flexible heat regenerative technology,generalized heat regenerative technology and new flue gas heat recovery system,which are initiated and used in Shanghai Waigaoqiao No.3 Power Plant,we know these technologies have a very high reference and guidance value to the low temperature corrosion prevention of other power plants.
