片式散热器散热特性的数值研究

利用CFD方法对油浸式变压器用片式散热器进行数值模拟,得到片式散热器的温度分布.采用κ-ε模型研究不同变压器油流速、散热器片数、散热片间距及散热片高度对散热能力的影响规律.结果表明,适当降低进口油速、增加散热片数、片高度及片间距,均有利于提高散热效率.
Numerical Study on Heat Dissipation Behaviors of Panel Type Radiator
The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method was used to simulate numerically the panel type radiator used in oil-immersed transformer,and the temperature distribution of panel type radiator was obtained.The κ-ε turbulence model was used for researching the law how different flow rates of transformer oil,radiator plate numbers,fin pitches and fin heights influence the ability of heat removal.The results show that appropriately reducing flow rates of transformer oil,increasing radiator plate numbers,fin pitches and fin heights are conducive to improving the heat dissipation efficiency.
