Application of Adaptive Management to Promoting East China Power Grid World-Class Scheduling
In 2011 and 2011,East China Branch of State Grid Corporation of China started the "world-class scheduling" construction,formed a first-class scheduling index evaluation system,and established the adaptive management mechanism with dynamic balance and sustainable development.In 2013,East China Branch continued optimization promotion work for "world-class scheduling",further perfected the index system.And on the basis of the comprehensive monitoring and analysis of the indicator completion,the adaptive management mechanism was applied to promote the construction of East China power grid "world-class scheduling".
