Grid-Province Coordinated Automatic Voltage Control and Its Application for East China Power Grid World-Class Scheduling
Centralized operation requires novel control mode for automatic voltage control of the 500kV substation which lies between region and province grid.The paper presents the general coordination scheme and elaborates its control flow,classifies the control state for the 500kV substation,and studies the conversions among different control states as well as the data flow of coordination control.Finally,a real application case illustrates that this proposed method is feasible and practical for engineering application.
