特高压沪西变电站1 000 kV架空线两端高差11m、三相档距不一致,对这种非常规空间布置形式架空线的放弧长度进行了系统分析,对常规经验公式和质点分解微积分测算法进行了全面比较;结合相关施工及验收规范要求,研究了下线、压接、组串等各工序的工艺质量控制,优化了高挂低紧架线法.
Study and Application of Overhead Line Installation Technology in Huxi 1 000 kV Substation
Height difference between two sides of overhead lines can be as much as 11 meters.Three-phase spans are also different from each other.The article carry out a systematic study of arc length in unconventionally arranged lines.By comparing conventional empirical formula and particle decomposition algorithm,quality control over procedures,such as down lining,crimping and string forming,has been implemented.The high hanging & low tighting method has been optimized.
