一种基于录波数据的故障事件检测的混合方法

当电网发生故障时,变电站会产生大量的报警和录波数据.这其中包括二次回路信号、故障录波数据和PMU数据.故障录波数据包含故障发生发展的细节信息,可以用于诊断故障发生时间、断路器动作时间.这对电网诊断和智能报警功能非常重要.然而,一般用故障录波数据进行诊断分析需要调度人员的参与,耗时很长.本文面向IEC 61850和数字化变电站设计一种两层的故障诊断模式.基于此,提出一种检测反映故障过程中的主要事件的录波数据突变检测的混合算法,这些主要事件包括故障发生、断路器动作等.使用仿真算例验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性.
Hybrid Fault Detection Method Based on Fault Recorder Data
A large amount of alarm and recorder data are generated in substations in the event of fault in power grid,including secondary circuit signals and fault recorder and PMU data.Fault recorder data contains the detailed information of fault evolution,which can be used to diagnose the fault occurrence time and circuit breaker operation duration,the crucial information for power grid diagnosis and intelligent alarm functions.However,the analysis and utility of fault record data for diagnosis purpose requires the staff participation and is time consuming.This paper designs a two-stages fault diagnosis mode for the future development of IEC61850 and digital substations Thereupon,a hybrid algorithm is proposed to analyze the fault recorder data with abrupt change detection as for the major events during a fault,such as fault occurrence,circuit breaker operation.Simulation has been conducted to verify the correctness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.
