Modeling and Application of Secondary Circuit Signals for Power grid Intelligent Alarm
Power grid intelligent alarm and fault diagnosis mainly rely on relay protection equipment actions.However,there may be misoperations in protection equipment,which may lead to incorrect diagnosis results.With the development of digital substation and application of IEC61850,the secondary circuit signals are available from integrated automation system in substation.The control or interlock relationship between relay alarms implied in these signals may be used to get rid of misoperation alarms in intelligent alarm functions.This paper focuses on how to integrate these secondary circuit signals into power grid diagnosis process.Firstly,survey the available secondary circuit signals for diagnosis purpose.Secondly,propose the modeling method of secondary circuit signals based on IEC61850.Then,present a diagnosis method considering secondary circuit signals.Finally,illustrate the practicality of the proposed method with calculation example.
