Critical Factors and Development Trend of the Universal Circuit Breaker Operating Mechanism
Based on the operating mechanism characteristics of universal crcuit breaker,this paper elaborates the action principle for its regular opening and closing and its tripping protection.Then the key factors of operating mechanism design are proposed,including opening spring,energy storage spring,closing tripping mechanism,rotating shaft,opening tripping mechanism,shape dimensions,and mounting dimensions and so on.And the current problems in operating mechanism and its development trend are analyzed.
