分析了可调式磁脱扣器的两种调节原理:调节气隙和调节反力,结果表明调节气隙的方式效率更高、线性度更好.在此基础上,针对应用于电动机保护的3~1 1In大范围可调式磁脱扣器,分析了一种实现方案及其原理,并提出一种新型实现方案.
Design of Adjustable Magnetic Release
This paper analyzes two adjustment principles for the adjustable magnetic release,namely,gap adjustment and reaction force adjustment.It is shown that the gap adjustment is superior in efficiency and linearity.Thereupon,a practical scheme and its principle are analyzed for the adjustable magnetic release with 3In-11 In range applied to motor protection,and a new implementation scheme is proposed as well.
