The Assets Wall analysis is an important method for stock asset life cycle management,mainly applicable in scenarios of medium/long-term planning management of assets operation,maintenance and transformation.In the case study of Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company,this paper expounds the following steps in the assets wall analysis:the assets wall establishment,life expectancy analysis,future technological transformation prediction,reset scale prediction,equipment defects and commissioning time analysis and maintenance workload prediction.
