ALSTOM气化炉的线性自抗扰控制

气化炉是整体煤气化联合循环发电技术(IGCC)中关键的部分,其运行性能直接影响到整个IGCC的发电效率.因此,必须对气化炉进行有效的控制.ALSTOM气化炉具有强的非线性及大惯性,常规的控制方法难以满足运行条件下的各项控制指标.通过分析ALSTOM气化炉基准控制问题,将一阶线性自抗扰控制应用于该系统中,设计了两种控制方案.通过测试表明在满足各种约束条件的前提下,其控制性能指标均达到了基准测试所提出的各项要求,且实时解耦能力明显,结构简单,优于传统控制器.
Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control for an ALSTOM Gasifier
Gasifier is a key part of integrated gasification combined cycle power generation technology (IGCC).Its performance directly affects the efficiency of the IGCC.So,it is essential to control the gasifier effectively.Due to its strong non-linearity and large inertia characteristics,ALSTOM gasifier is generally difficult to be controlled with conventional control schemes under all working conditions.Through analyzing its baseline controller,two control schemes are designed to apply the first-order linear active disturbance rejection controller to the system to improve the baseline controller performance.Simulation results show that the proposed control system meets the control requirements,and that it is superior to conventional controller in the real-time decoupling capability and simple structure.
