M5型喷嘴喷淋液滴粒径分布实验研究

喷嘴是使液体雾化的重要装置,在很多领域都有广泛的应用.针对低温多效海水淡化技术中使用的M5型喷嘴的喷淋粒径分布特性,专门设计并建立了特殊的测量系统,进行了常温常压状态下单喷嘴的喷淋液滴粒径分布实验.实验结果表明:同一流量下,在喷淋液滴所形成锥体的横截面上,液滴直径分布成U形;随着流量增加,液滴直径变小,液滴直径分布更加均匀,同时喷嘴的喷淋角度变大;液滴粒径测量时,遮水板之间的间距为2 cm时的流动状况比间距为4 cm时的流动状况波动剧烈.
Experimental Research of M5 Nozzle Droplet Particle Size Distribution
Nozzles are widely used in many fields as important devices for liquid atomization.In light of the droplet particle size distribution (PSD) characteristics of M5 nozzle used in low-temperature multi-effect water desalination technology,this paper specifically designed special measurement system,and condected the PSD experiment of single nozzle in normal temperature and pressure conditions.As the experimental results show,under the same flow rate,on the cone cross section formed by spray droplets,the U-shape droplet diameter is distributed ; with the increase of flow rate,droplet diameter becomes shorter,droplet diameter distribution more uniform,and nozzle spray angle larger at the same time ; during droplet size measurement,the flow is more volatile when the covering water plate spacing is 2 cm than the spacing is 4 cm.
