基于改进粒子群算法的配电网投资管控方法研究

配电网投资管控主要指针对配电网投资的管理与控制,其具体表现为对配电网投资进行分配.目前国内配电网投资管控仍多采用专家领导上层决策的模式,其优点是能够综合考虑多方因素,但是其科学合理性理论依据不足,无法完全杜绝盲目投资的现象发生.本文针对某省电网配电网投资管控问题,建立相应模型,提供多种目标供优化规划选择.以其中净现值目标及可靠性目标为例,应用结合共轭梯度法的粒子群优化算法,对上述目标进行单目标及多目标优化.优化结果与某省配电网历史投资分配的差异显示了管控方法的有效性.通过选择不同目标进行单目标或多目标优化,可以满足侧重点不同的配电网投资管控需求,对实际工作具有一定指导意义.
Management and Control of Distribution Network Investment Based on the Improved PSO
Management and control of distribution network investment focuses on the investment allocation.Nowadays the mode of expert decision in the distribution network investment is widely utilized domestically.One of the advantages of such mode is that synthetic factors can be considered; however the scientific basis is not sufficient.Therefore the unreasonable investment actions are unavoidable.Based on the actual data of the Jiangsu province,the improved PSO in combination with the conjugate gradient method is used to optimize the single-objective model and the multiobjective model.The results reveal the effectiveness of the allocation method.With the flexibility brought by the multiple options of the objectives,the outcome could have some instructive significance for the realistic work.
