华东地区500 kV线路保护通道双路由改造方案探讨

继电保护通道的安全性历来是电力通信专网保障的重中之重,如何避免因光缆中断造成继电保护信号无法正常传输,以至被迫停电的风险,对保障电网的安全稳定运行具有重要的意义.不同电压等级的线路对继电保护通道的传输要求也各不相同,针对华东地区500 kV线路,结合目前继电保护通道的现状及问题,对提出的三个技术方案进行了分析.在技术层面上探讨了如何通过增加路由的方式来提高保护通道运行的可靠性.
Double Routing Transformation for East China 500kV Line Protection Channel
The safety of the relay protection channel is always the top priority of electric power communication network security.It is vital for the safe and stable grid operation to avoid the risk of cable interruption,leading to the relay protection signal transmission failure,even forced outage.The transmission line relay protection channel requirements for different voltage levels also vary.Combined with the current situation and problems of relay protection channels,this paper analyzes the three presented technical schemes for East China 500kV line,and technically discusses how to improve the reliability of protection channel operation by increasing routing modes.
