摘要
在建设智能电网的前提下,讨论了电力用户管理在无功功率管理、谐波治理、变压器经济运行、电力计量技术以及合理的运行方式等方面降低电力网电能损耗的方法;指出智能电网的推广对于降低技术线损和管理线损都有积极的作用.
Abstract
On the premise of constructing the smart grid,this paper discusses the management of power consumers for damping energy loss,including reactive power management,harmonic damping,transformer economical operation,power measurement and the reasonable operation types.The promotion of smart grid plays an important role to reduce the technical line losses and management line losses.
