智能电表停电信息接入TCM系统的深化应用分析

随着智能电表技术的发展,实现用户与电网的双向互动是建设坚强智能电网过程中下一个可以努力的方向.解析了TCM系统在“故障抢修一体化体系”建设中的应用现状,提出了基于用户侧智能电表技术的故障抢修业务流程的优化策略,即将智能电表信息通过用户信息采集系统接入一体化智能抢修指挥系统(TCM),从而实现对各电压等级电力故障的精确定位、快速登记和派单的主动报修式业务流程.通过现场试验,证实了该应用的可行性和有效性,为建设标准化、智能化、精益化的配网抢修体系提供了实践依据.
Application of Connecting Breakdown Signal from Smart Meters with TCM System
With the development of smart meter technology,the implementation of two-way interaction between customers and grid will be the next step of building a strong and smart power grid.This paper firstly analyzes the current status of the application of TCM system in the construction of integrated power breakdown recovery system.And then it proposes the optimization strategy for the power breakdown recovery process,based on the technology of smart meters at end user's side.The process,so called proactively repairing system,by means of transmission of the information from intelligent meters to TCM system by end user's information collection system,realizes accurate location of variant voltage levels power breakdown,quick check-in and repairing task sending.The feasibility and effectiveness of the process is proved by the actual on-site testing.It also provides practical foundation of building a standardized,intelligent and economical power breakdown recovery system.
