简要介绍了基于数字信号处理器TMS320F28335电动汽车充放电机Boost型主电路原理和控制方法,并由该电路拓扑结构在时域下建立了小信号数学统一模型,使用Matlab/Embedded Coder工具箱搭建系统仿真模型,并对该模型进行实时仿真与控制代码的生成,进而实现充放电机中Boost电路控制算法的验证和动态过程的仿真,完成仿真和控制一体化的设计.同时可以采用Embedded Coder工具箱将控制代码直接下载到TMS320F28335控制处理器,大量减少项目的研发周期和成本,对产品的开发具有重要指导意义.
Real-time Control of EV Charging and Discharging Machine Based on the Embedded Code Generation System
This paper briefly describes the principle and control method of Boost main circuit of EV charging and discharging machine based on the digital signal processor TMS320F28335.Establish the small signal unified mathematical model in time domain by the circuit topology structure; build system simulation model using Matlab/Embedded Coder toolbox; conduct real-time simulation and control code generation for the model; validate the control algorithm for the EV charging and discharging machine Boost circuit and simulate the dynamic process; ultimately complete the simulation and control integration design.Meanwhile,use Embedded Coder toolkit to download the control code directly to control processor TMS320F28335 ; hence,greatly reduce the project development cycle and cost,quite significant in guiding the product development.
