摘要
为了加强电力企业绩效管理体系的过程监控,以更好地发挥绩效管理体系的作用,基于卓越绩效模式的理念,构建以操作性过程监控和结果性过程监控为主要内容的过程监控机制.基于公司的实际操作,介绍了公司建立过程监控机制,实现绩效管理体系闭环管理的具体过程.
Abstract
In order to strengthen the process monitoring in electric power enterprise's performance management system,and fully enhance the role of performance management system,this paper constructs process monitoring system based on the performance excellence model's concept,which is composed of two parts:the operational process monitoring and the consequential process monitoring.Based on the actual operation,it also introduces how to establish monitoring mechanism and achieve the closed loop management in performance management system.
