摘要
按照弹性控制和对标管理的思想对电网企业人工成本管理进行了创新,建立了一套科学符合电网企业特点的分析、预警和评价体系,重视投入产出效率,引导电网企业规范和加强人工成本管理,增强电网企业竞争力.
Abstract
In light of the flexible control and benchmarking management,this paper innovates the labor cost management in power grid enterprises,by setting up a system of scientific analysis,early warning and assessment in accordance with the characteristics of power grid enterprises.This system attaches great importance to the input and output efficiency,guides the power grid enterprise to standardize and strengthen the labor cost management,and enhance the competitiveness of power grid enterprises.
