以某电网企业为代表,对国有企业员工队伍风险意识的现状及存在的问题进行了调研,构建了员工风险和危机影响因素模型,分析了提升员工风险和危机意识教育基本内容及对象,从而提出了教育的对策途径和机制创新并举的建议.
Abstract
Represented by a grid enterprise study,the state-owned enterprises staff awareness of risk present situation and existing problems,build employee risk and crisis influence factor model,analize basic content and improve employee risk and crisis consciousness education object,and provide countermeasures of education way and mechanism innovation and the suggestion.
